Battle of the Scribble Monsters
Mary Helen has been contacted by the makers of ScribbleMonster®  childrens books... and asked to cease using the name.  The Scribble Nation concept that MH has developed may be even more powerful an image.  Does anyone know what  MH needs to do to "cheaply"copyright Scribble Nation so this does not also fall prey to more solicitous usurpers?

I searched for Scribble Monster and Scribble Nation. Scribble Monster is a one word ScribbleMonster.  I do not see how the two word variant is covered
by their copyright. What says Hortence!?

Scribble Nation seems clear on both the one word and two word version.  But that does not mean it is not copyrighted by somebody. I am looking further into this.  Any help or comments are very welcome...

Use them and let’s start trying
To make it a place worth living in.
